Located just outside Burford in the rolling Cotswold countryside, Upton Smokery is a family business run by Chris & Vix Mills specialising in smoked meat, smoked game and smoked fish. However, as you can see from this website, we are not just a Smokery but have other delicious, complementary things to our core smoked produce so we now have................

MADE BY US - all our pates and potted food
GROWN BY US - seasonal fruit & veg available in the shop
CHOSEN BY US - all the delicious oils, vinegars, wines etc we have selected to accompany our smoked food
We only use high quality, traceable raw materials which are then smoked by traditional methods. We only smoke to order so that you can be sure that when you receive your smoked meat it is in prime condition.
