To achieve the superb taste of our kiln roasted salmon, it has been lightly salted, cold smoked and then hot smoked. Sold as a whole side (approx. 750g), simply flake it up for a delicious salad, starter or main course. This salmon has been reared in crystal clear, lava filtered water in Iceland and is from fully sustainable land-based aquaculture
